This PRIVACY NOTICE applies to personal information collected about the Data Subject by Newt.
For the purposes of this PRIVACY NOTICE, the terms used herein and not defined herein shall have the meaning attributed to them by personal data protection legislation.
Newt is a company committed to the right to the protection of personal data of any Data Subject, also known as the "right to informational self-determination", which is guaranteed and protected as a human right, in the second paragraph of article 16 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States and in the legislation on the protection of personal data.
Newt undertakes specifically and without limitation to: (i) Use or apply your personal data exclusively for the purposes set out in this PRIVACY NOTICE; (ii) Ensure that your personal data is handled in strict compliance with professional secrecy and confidentiality; (iii) Observe the principles of protection such as legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility, as well as the duties of security and confidentiality provided for in the legislation on the protection of personal data, and must adopt the necessary measures for its application; and (iv) Implement and maintain administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect their data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorised use, access or processing.
In those cases in which the processing of your personal data is contemplated in some of the grounds or situations provided for in article 10 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Parties, your consent shall not be required.

II. Personal data processed
Depending on the purposes for which you provide us with your personal data, we will ask you for the following categories of data:
If you are a Customer: Identification data, contact data, employment data, property and demographic data.
If you are a Prospective Client: Identification data, contact details, employment and demographic data.
If you are a Supplier: Identification data, contact data, employment data, property data and data of third parties.
Please note that not all of the above information is collected in all cases, as not all information may be provided by the respective Data Subject or required for the provision of the service.

IV. Timeliness of the processing of personal data
Your personal data will be processed only for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this PRIVACY NOTICE and/or in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data.
V. Transfer of personal data
Newt informs you that your personal data may, where appropriate, be transferred, within and outside the country, to any affiliate, controlling or subsidiary company belonging to Newt. Pursuant to the provisions of section III of article 37 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, such transfer shall not require your consent.
In any case, the recipient of your personal data will process them in accordance with this PRIVACY NOTICE and in compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data.
The above does not imply that Newt will transfer all the personal data it collects, being prevented from transferring sensitive data.

As long as you do not send us an e-mail stating your wish not to accept secondary purposes and/or the transfer of your personal data, we will assume that you agree to them.
VI. ARCO rights and means of exercising them
As the owner of personal data, you may exercise your ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition) for the processing of your personal data by sending your request directly to the "Data Protection" department through the following e-mail account: info@getnewt.com.
Such request shall contain at least: (a) name and address or other means of communicating the response to your request; (b) documents proving your identity or, where appropriate, legal representation; (c) a clear and precise description of the personal data in respect of which you are requesting to exercise any of the ARCO Rights, (d) any other element that facilitates the location of the personal data and (e) sign the request at the end of the letter.
Once your request has been submitted in the pre-established format, the "Data Protection" department will communicate within a maximum period of 20 working days, counted from the date on which the request was received, the response to the same. In the event of requiring further information and/or necessary documentation, the "Data Protection" department will contact you within 5 working days, counted from the date of receipt of your request; therefore, you will have 10 working days after said communication to respond to this requirement. Otherwise, your request will be deemed not to have been submitted.
Within 15 working days of the above reply, in the event that your entitlement is justified, it shall be enforced.
If your request is about exercising your right of access, your personal data will be made available to you through simple copies and/or electronic documents.
The exercise of the ARCO Rights will be free of charge, as well as the reproduction in simple copy or sending by e-mail.
VII. Withdrawal of consent to the use of personal data
The Data Subject may, at any time, revoke his or her consent to the processing of his or her personal data in accordance with the procedure set out in the previous section, expressly indicating that he or she wishes to revoke his or her consent.
However, it is important for you to note that we may not always be able to comply with your request or terminate the use immediately, as we may be required by law to continue processing your personal data. You should also consider that for certain purposes, the revocation of your consent implies the termination of your relationship with us.

The revocation of consent to the use of personal data shall be free of charge.
VII. Use or disclosure of personal data
Newt will use your personal data in strict accordance with the purposes set out in this PRIVACY NOTICE and for as long as necessary in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
Likewise, you may contact us at any time by the means indicated above, to deal with any type of doubt, clarification or suggestion regarding your personal data.
Newt makes available to you the following e-mail address info@getnewt.com. so that you may at any time opt-out of receiving further information or communications (limit their use or disclosure) from us from the account where you receive such communications or promotions.
IX. Cookies and/or web beacons and electronic media
Newt uses cookies on its website. Cookies are text files that are stored on your computer's hard drive when you visit certain websites. We use cookies to tell us, for example, if you have visited our website before or if you are a first-time visitor, and to help us identify applications on the website in which you may be most interested.
Cookies can enhance your online experience; for example, by showing you your preferences when you visit a particular website. In principle, most browsers are set up to accept Cookies, the help option on the toolbar of most browsers will tell you how to stop accepting new Cookies, how to receive notifications about new Cookies and how to disable existing Cookies.
To this end, Newt informs the Data Subject that he/she can disable the use of these mechanisms at any time, in accordance with the instructions that each company that owns the browsers (browser or Internet viewer) has implemented to activate and deactivate the aforementioned mechanisms.
Newt's websites may use third party technologies which may contain electronic images known as web beacons, sometimes called single-pixel gifs, which may be used to assist in the delivery of cookies and which allow us to count users who have visited the pages and to provide co-branded services.
We may include web beacons in promotional emails or in our newsletters to determine whether they have been opened and acted upon.
Newt may use third-party web beacons to collect general statistics related to the effectiveness of promotional campaigns or other operations of our sites.
We prohibit web beacons on our sites from being used by third parties to collect or gain access to your personal information.
Newt does not collect personal data or other similar information through such mechanisms.
